TF-VI Reflections and Artifacts
TF-VI Social, Ethical,Legal and Human Issues addresses the legal
issues and human aspect when using technology. Many students and educators are unsure of the proper ways to use technology
and the ethical issues that can occur. This standard helps teachers and students be responsible users of technology whether
it be using someone elses picture, video or words or just sending documents over the world wide web. My first artifact is
a Powerpoint that was developed to educate, teachers, parents and students in the safe use of social networking sites such
as MySpace or Facebook. My second artifact discusses the way to include the student body in providing a workshop for parents
and students. The artifact also includes a survey on how much parents understand regarding Internet safety.
